I didn't want to wake you up.

[ she thinks he was sleeping there. it seems like a nice place to avoid things and sleep. disturbing him would make her annoying. his eyes were closed, after all. nobody wants to be woken up. but it seems she woke him up anyway. she glances at him again. ]

I didn't know early enough to grab something else. At least it wasn't my hand.
