[ meadow isn't in her room. she's off to the side in a chair - had been probably when he came in but she's quiet enough to completely ignore or go unnoticed. there's a book in her hands, propped up and covering her face from his angel because of how slouched into the chair she is. she actually fell asleep like that for a bit.
but now she's jerked awake and is back to reading, only giving him a little glance around the side of the book to make sure he wasn't someone who would rat her out. he's up too so he probably won't. they're here because they don't want to be disturbed, she figures. she can be quiet.
