I usually use stuff like trash can lids for projectiles, though. It's kind of amazing to see someone fold in half and fly a good long way just from a trash can lid.

I practice, yeah. But training means more than just throwing fire around or seeing how hot you can get it to burn beside something without leaving scorch marks. It takes more than one person.
